With the arrival of the seventh national Constitution day on December 4, the third Week of the Constitution of People's Republic of China was held from November 30 to December 6. In order to continue carrying forward the spirit of the Constitution and establishing the authority of the constitution, in accordance with the unified deployment of the 2020 " Publicity Week of the Constitution of People's Republic of China" activities carried out by China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) and Shaanxi securities regulatory bureau, Zhongying Fund Management Co., Ltd. designated the legal department to take the lead in organizing the related activities. 

The Constitution is the fundamental law of China and the general Constitution of governing and ensuring the country. As well, The Constitution is the concentrated embodiment of the will of the Communist Party of China and the People. General secretary Xi Jinping stressed the importance of governing the country in accordance with the Constitution and ruling by the Constitution, and unswervingly taking the road of China's socialist rule of law, providing a strong legal guarantee for the building of a modern socialist country. The theme of " Publicity Week of the Constitution of People's Republic of China " campaign is to "thoroughly study and publicize General secretary Xi Jinping's thought of rule of law and vigorously promote the spirit of the Constitution". In combination with the implementation of the Constitutional practice, the study of the civil code and the spirit of the party in the fifth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee, it is of great significance for the legalization of Shaanxi's capital market.

Respect to the relevant work arrangement, the legal department of Zhongying Fund specifically organized all the staff to carry out special study and training activities from December 3 to 4. The legal personnel of the Zhongying Fund introduced and explained to all employees in combination with the actual situation of the company the Constitution of the People's Republic of China, the newly promulgated Civil Code, the newly revised Securities Law and other laws, regulations and integrity norms related to the capital market have strengthened the legal awareness of market subjects for all employees. The special session discussed the impact of the new regulations on the investment industry, the improvement of enterprise management risk prevention and control, and the avoidance of possible job-related crimes of company employees.

The Constitution promotes the employees of the company to respect, study, comply with, protect and apply the Constitution through legal publicity activities. At the same time, through the study of the relevant laws and regulations of the civil code and the securities law, the funds should strive to improve the management level of the company, enhance the risk prevention awareness of the company, and contribute to the vigorous development of Shaanxi capital market.
