On June 1^st, 2016, Xian Mayor Shangguan Jiqing is meeting with Chairman Sun Hongliang and his party in the city hall, holding the conference on promoting Xian’s financial industry standardization and economy development.

During the conference, Chairman Sun introduces Zhongying Fund’s development process and achievements to Mayor Shangguan in details. Also, Mayor Shangguan is briefed by Zhongying Fund’s outer partnerships of General Manager Li Lei of Wharf (China), General Manager Tang Zhong of China Railway Tunnel Group, Vice President Lin Hongtao of China Railway 21^st Bureau Group, General Manager Wei Desheng of Construction of three construction projects in th Northwest Branch, and Secretary of the Party Committee Man Bin of China Gezhouba Group Third Engineering Co..

Mayor Shangguan thanks for the city construction contributions to Xian from Zhongying Fund and its outer partnerships and highly affirms to the cooperation model and investment idea of Zhongying Fund. Also, he indicates a deeply cooperation with Zhongying Fund, leading by Xian Construction Committee and hopes to receive a fund industry proposal from Zhongying Fund which will promote Xian’s financial industry standardization and bring positive effect to Xian’s economy development.
